From Sapporo. I want to propose it to the world as a local dish.
Homemade noodles made from 100% wheat from Hokkaido.
We finished by blending two types of local miso that we searched for and searched for.
For the soup stock, we use Hidakane kelp and Tomakomai oyster shells. By adding a rich pork bone soup that is usually added to this, a strong umami with an impact is realized. Please enjoy a glass of carefully selected gems from Hokkaido.
